Premium Support Plan

DESCRIPTION

A Premium Support Plan (PSP) is availble by subscription. PSP subscribers beneifts include:

  • Direct access to our Advisory Services
  • Custome installation and setup
  • Custom download solutions
  • Quick access by Email, Skype or telephone

Skype and telephone support is available by appointment.

RESPONSE TIME

We answer all Premium Support Plan submissions within twelve (12) hours, Monday through Friday EST.

Skype and telephone conference calls are scheduled by appointment through email, and can usually be setup within twenty-four (24) hours or less. If necessary, Skype and telephone conference calls can be setup on weekends or holidays.

If you contact us using email, anti-spamming software may block your submissions or our replies. If you do not receive a reply within twenty-four (24) hours, please check your anti-spamming software, or ask your ISP if emails are being blocked, and then re-submit your question.

SUBSCRIPTION FEES

The Premium Support Plan requires the payment of an annual subscription fee. You can purchase a PSP subscription through our Product page.
